Very hospitable. Awesome service! Food options were good. Very friendly staff. My children loved it and I felt very comfortable taking my 3 young children. We booked a tour guide through the hotel which was amazing. Learned about the beautiful cultures in Arba Minch.

Spent very good time. The hospitality of the hotel staff is fantastic. Coordination with us was excellent. The neatness of the rooms and quality of the food served was astonishing. We ha a wonderful stay in our business trip conducting our discussion in neat conference room where cooling facilities are functional at all time.

Amazing service, I went there with my friends for business trip. The staff is very friendly and humble The staff surprised me with a cake for my birthday during my stay at the hotel The staff called a doctor at midnight for one of the guest that was not feeling well and kept checking in her.

What an amazing place the peace and quiet is to die for and the staff is very welcoming I have no words honestly to describe Haile resort Arba Minch I would recommend anybody that looking to have an amazing time to come and visit the whole culture around Arba Minch is just beautiful
